Laser & Regenerative Medicine for Smooth, Strong, and Even Skin
Stretch marks—also known as striae distensae—can affect people of all ages, shapes, and skin types. At Guarino Academy, we take a comprehensive and regenerative approach to restore the integrity and appearance of skin damaged by stretching, hormonal changes, or rapid growth.
Our multi-layered protocol resurfaces, strengthens, and volumizes the skin using a powerful combination of laser energy, biologics, and biostimulatory injectables—all performed with minimal downtime and maximum results.
How the Protocol Works
Stretch marks form when the deeper layers of the skin tear and lose elasticity. Our strategy addresses this from multiple angles:
- Ablative resurfacing to remodel the skin surface
- Ablative resurfacing to remodel the skin surface
- Volume restoration beneath the striae
- Circulation and oxygenation enhancement for healing and tone
Fractional Erbium Laser Resurfacing
We begin with ablative fractional Erbium YAG laser to create microscopic channels in the skin. This initiates:
- Resurfacing of the stretched, damaged epidermis
- Deep stimulation of fibroblasts for collagen and elastin renewal
- Smoothing of skin texture and softening of striae edges
This laser is precise, safe for various skin tones, and has minimal downtime compared to CO₂ lasers.

Endoret® PRGF (PRP) Infusion
Immediately after laser treatment, we infuse the area with Endoret® PRGF (Plasma Rich in Growth Factors)—a highly refined form of PRP that:
- Accelerates tissue healing and regeneration
- Stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis
- Reduces redness, irritation, and scarring potential
- Enhances the natural remodeling response triggered by the laser
This can be applied topically over open channels or injected intradermally depending on the depth of the stretch marks.

Subdermal Volume Restoration
Endoret® Plasma Gel + Biostimulators
To smooth and fill deeper stretch marks, we use regenerative injectables:
- Plasma Gel – made from your own plasma, it restores soft volume, improves hydration, and enhances skin texture naturally.
- Radiesse® or Sculptra® – combined with Plasma Gel for added firmness, collagen boost, and long-lasting volume with a soft, natural feel.

Carboxytherapy (CO₂ Injection)
To further support tissue remodeling and circulation, we include carboxytherapy in your plan:
- Injects medical-grade CO₂ beneath the skin
- Stimulates oxygenation, blood flow, and lymphatic drainage
- Softens fibrotic bands under old, resistant stretch marks
- Improves skin tone and metabolic activity
This step enhances the effectiveness of PRP, laser, and biostimulants by preparing and nourishing the tissue environment.

Fractional Erbium Laser Resurfacing
We begin with ablative fractional Erbium YAG laser to create microscopic channels in the skin. This initiates:
- Resurfacing of the stretched, damaged epidermis
- Deep stimulation of fibroblasts for collagen and elastin renewal
